Shipping & Refund Policy
Shipping: Success Television offers multiple shipping options for delivery within the US plus international shipping across the globe.
In stock items will be processed within 2 business days. Federal Express (2-Day) orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will be processed within 1 business day.
To calculate estimated delivery date, add processing time to transit time. For example, an item that's processed in 2 business days and shipped using USPS priority shipping (2-3 business days) will arrive in 4-5 business days.
Federal Express is for 2nd day delivery. Add one day for processing. The item will then arrive in 3 business days.
Returns and Exchanges: CDs or DVDs purchased from Success Television can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment by contacting us. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returns. Defective CDs & DVDs will be exchanged for the same CD title.
Downloadable video files cannot be returned or exchanged.
