Jennings was the youngest radio station group owner in the world, and his unique and legendary programming, sales, and management strategies are credited with revolutionizing many parts of the broadcasting industry. He later founded Jennings-McGlothlin & Company, a consulting firm that, within three years, became the largest media consultancy in the world. More than 300,000 businesses worldwide have purchased his best selling videos on leadership, sales, management, and customer satisfaction.
Spending eighteen months traveling the globe in search of and digging deep inside the fastest growing companies in the world, Jennings wrote his book, "It's Not The Big That Eat the Small - It's The Fast That Eat the Slow." Within weeks of its 2001 release it hit the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and New York Times Bestsellers Lists. Published in 24 languages, USA Today named it one of the top 25 books of 2001.
Next, Jennings and his research team spent a year studying more than 4000 companies and identifying ten of the most productive companies in the world for his next book, "Less Is More," published by Penguin Putnam. In this book he reveals the secrets of the world's most productive companies.
Following two years of research by his research team, Jennings newest book, "Think BIG - Act Small," debuted in May 2005. He and his research team studied every publicly traded company in the nation as well as the 50,000 largest privately held firms to identify the small handful who managed to increase both revenues and profits by ten percent annually for ten years without missing a year. Then, they spent eighteen months inside the companies learning all their secrets. Some of the companies in the book include, Petco, O'Reilly Automotive, SAS, Dot Foods, Sonic Drive-Ins, Strayer University, Koch Industries, Medline Industries and Cabela's. "Think BIG - Act Small," is now in bookstores everywhere.
Both of Jennings previous books "It's Not The Big That Eat The Small - It's The Fast That Eat The Slow" and "Less Is More" were international bestsellers, and his works have now been translated into 32 languages.
Concurrent with the release of the new book, Jennings is debuting his new speech, "Keeping the Start-Up Spirit Alive!" As Jennings says, "Keeping everyone in an organization enthused about the tasks at hand and on the same page is a huge challenge for leaders," adding that, "the content of the new book and the new speech reveals the five steps that leaders and companies can employ to insure it happens!"
When not traveling the world on research and adventure travel, Jennings consults with companies around the world and does 80 keynote speeches annually for organization such as Verizon, GlaxoSmithKline, General Dynamics, SunAmerica, Convergys, Hallmark, Sony, Lexmark, Ford, Wells Fargo, and Time Warner.

"The best business speech I have ever heard. Jason Jennings answered lots of questions for me. As someone who knows a little about entertainment, I also found Jason to be one of the funniest and most engaging men I have ever had the pleasure of listening to."
