Success Television offers multiple shipping options for delivery within the US plus international shipping across the globe.
In stock items will be processed within 1 business day. Federal Express (2-Day) orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will be processed within 1 business day.
U.S. Delivery Estimates:
To calculate estimated delivery date, add processing time to transit time. For example, an item that is processed in 1 business day and shipped using USPS priority shipping within the U.S. (2-3 business days) will arrive in 3-4 business days.
Federal Express is for 2nd day delivery. Add one day for processing. The item will then arrive in 3 business days.
International Delivery Estimates:
International Priority Mail takes between 3- 6 weeks depending on location and country customs. Add one day for processing. Also,check with your local post office which may be holding your package due to customs.
Multiple Shipments:
To be able to offer you a wide variety of products, Success Television works with various experts. While that means we can offer more products, sometimes your shipment will be coming from more than one location. For example, you might find your order for multiple DVDs will come from different locations.
Returns and Exchanges:
CDs or DVDs purchased from Success Television can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment by contacting us. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returns. Defective CDs & DVDs will be exchanged for the same CD title.
All corporate training DVDs with full-length previews online are refundable 15 days from purchase. Defective DVDs will be exchanged for the same title once the DVD is returned.
